Hi
My shadow is too laggy and this does not allow me to have a good gameplay in FIFA as the game stuttering every second.
My internet connection is excellent and I turned off the high efficiency video coding and color enhancement to reduce lag but nothing happened.

What should I do? It is really a bad experience ever with cloud gaming services.

If it’s not fixed, can I request refund?

Well the packet loss is of the stream..

Means somewhere along the route you're losing packets.

Slight packet loss at london hop Shadow > Local and Local > Shadow.

You also have slight packet loss at your router. As far as high latency spikes go, other that the one at hop 2 nothing really stands out.

Were you playing at the time?

Hmm people using it could be causing these issues too. Setting to 25-30 should be fine, it just depends how much bandwidth they are using.
