been stuck here for few hours now tried shutting it down, resetting, redownloading, deleting in %appdata%, nothing works support doesn't answer so idk what to do if i should contact bank or what

sometimes it shows the shadow but then few sec after black screen again

well that means your shadow hasn't loaded main component or something prevents you from accessing your shadow, so you can contact support or shutdown shadow from help pane and request a factory reset
