So, for the past few days, my Shadow account has had a mind of its own. Not only is it now refusing to login on the VR App (which worked perfectly fine for me for the past 5+ months) but now everytime I come back to the App on Mobile, I have to reset my password (sometimes twice) just to get back into it. Any way both these issues can be fixed?

you are using latest ShadowVR app (3.12.2) ? when you try to connect you are using : https://hydra.eu.shadow.tech/device and you enter the call with caps locked ?

any error message ? you have issue with authentication ? 2D view works ? issue is only with VR view ?
