Screen display don't support 3440x1440

So Ive opened a new account with power upgrade and for some reason it won't support my widescreen while the last account I had it did. I have the match display setting turned on all that it just opens in 1080 and not 3440x1440 and I can't change it in windows inside shadow

You can manually change it in the quick menu, it’s a known bug when the display is over 100Hz. Also you’ll want H265 on.

Also can only go to 100Hz currently 120Hz is supported but due to the bug it crashes or defaults to 1080p.
