#Excessive Freezing

Lately, shadow has been terrible. If I full screen a video, it crashes and I have to exit out the machine window and restart the app. If I open a videogame that’s even slightly demanding or complex, freezes. If I take a screenshot, it freezes. This has been going on for, like, three days. My computer is an old Windows 10 laptop. Is it related to how crappy my laptop is, or is it because of the service itself? How do I fix this?

It also tells me that its trying to update whenever I restart the app, but it always says that it fails to update.

I did the 'auto detect bitrate' thingy whatever and it set it to 5 MBPS.Seems to be working fine now? weird.

Still want to know if there are any other solutions.
