Sorry for asking here aswell since I have already submitted two support tickets.
First of all, the issue mentioned in the first support ticket (email sent about shadow being ready but not being able to access) I sent has already been resolved.
However, I recieved an email telling me to “contact support” due to a “billing issue” and that failure to do so would result in my account being terminated. My card has already been charged with a transaction showing. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
