Hello,

I want to log in to my shadow account, but I get an error message. I want to make a change to my account, but I can't log in. Unfortunately I can't reach support because of this, so I took the liberty of contacting you. What is the problem?

I can access my computer, but I can't access the account manager.

As it says, it's in Maintenance, means it's Migrating to the new system. Depending on how long it's been doing this either it's stuck, in the process (you'd have an email) or finished and you got an email in spam about resetting password.
