Tying to do it on my phone cause im out rn but it’s not letting me I logged in but when I click contact support I gotta log in all over again I type my email and password right but it says it’s incorrect?

When asks if you have an account say yes, but then that you don't have access to it

Same happened to me, i had to repurchase my Shadow because they terminated my last one out of nowhere. When i went to support about the invoice they told me i violated TOS and now they've taken my Shadow access again.

Yeah, craziest part is that i've never had trouble with Shadow. But i think it's best i just start getting my own pc instead of having to rely on Shadows mid customer support.
