i bought a service a hour ago its charged my credit card but showed 0 invoices or have received my server or any email is this normal?
first time using shadow after being recommended

Support isn't instant, it will take a while for an answer. Also the invoices should show up as soon as the VM shows up as well.

The Power Upgrade option released a few days ago, I guess they are a bit behind when it comes to orders (both for the Power Upgrade and new activations). Not very long ago the waiting time for a new account activation was measured in months, not hours 🙂
Just rest assured that the "month" will start counting once you have access to it. Give it a couple more hours

Just wait a bit longer, it will get delivered and the month will count from the day it is activated. You can try to open a support ticket through your dashboard if you wish to know more tho 🙂
