its now been even more hours and still havent received anything @turbid jetty
and support is a bot
Support isn't instant, it will take a while for an answer. Also the invoices should show up as soon as the VM shows up as well.
but its been 16 hours
well even more now surely thats enough time
The Power Upgrade option released a few days ago, I guess they are a bit behind when it comes to orders (both for the Power Upgrade and new activations). Not very long ago the waiting time for a new account activation was measured in months, not hours 🙂
Just rest assured that the "month" will start counting once you have access to it. Give it a couple more hours
i just bought base $30 one if it dosent receieve today what happens
Just wait a bit longer, it will get delivered and the month will count from the day it is activated. You can try to open a support ticket through your dashboard if you wish to know more tho 🙂
