Hey uh I got a failed payment notification this morning whilst I was at work, I've just got home and logged in to pay it but my shadow seems to have "vanished" and now it's telling me to purchase a new Shadow?
It's not the end of the world, I just need to know whether it's a bug or whether I need to re-order? I have an outstanding invoice so do I pay that and get access to my old one or? I don't want to pay the invoice and then have to pay another £50 for a new Shadow at the same time?
