Is this normal? I have it hooked to 2 monitors and have chrome running. With the previous normal shadow there wasn’t high usage of this process.

It's probably Video Encode.

Which is actually Shadow's principle.

So it's not actually using 53% of the GPU, but 53% of the video encore part of the GPU.
