Check Device Manager > Display Adapters. Is the GPU there and is it enabled ?

What resolution is native to your display and what resolution is shadow set to?

Not sure what you mean by this. So the shadow is set to the resolution of the MacBook display or not?

So what is the issue? You need to use shadow in the native resolution of the display otherwise you’ll run into issues.

Games you can change, but the shadow windows OS needs to match.

Where does it state missing drivers? Can you screenshot ?

And yes 1440p is supported officially at 120Hz. 144Hz can work in some cases but needs HEVC enabled.

Okay well glad it’s working now. If you run into any resolution issues in the future it might be worth going to the App Help panel and booting in via Display Safe Mode, next to shutdown. Once into the shadow close the stream and reboot as normal. This process resets the EDID.
