Hello there, all.
Ive been trying all week to find a solution to my start up issue, and that's led me here. You guys are basically my last shot before i cancel my subscription entirely. Whenever i click the Shadow icon on my desktop, all it does is take me to a window that condescendingly says "your new pc is in the cloud." no it isnt. my new PC is nowhere to be found. Clicking the buttons either does nothing or else takes me to sign in on a web page...which does not let me access my VM in any way.
I have tried just about every solution the support team has thrown at me and nothing has worked. I ask now, on bended knee, for community assistance. Im willing to try just about anything to get it back up and running again short of clearing my entire computer out. I dont WANT to cancel my sub, but i cant afford to just throw 30$ away every month. If anyone has ANY ideas, please assist.
