#Pay manually due to complications

So ive received an email that there was an issue with my payment and that ive the opportunity to pay manually via a link i received in the email

The link just gets me to my shadow tech account and I see no option to pay manually

I already received the subscription and have 8 days until the sibscription gets disbanded

My question is, how do I manually pay?

If you cannot see it, contact support - I don't have access to the new GUI and haven't seen a screenshot of where it would be

I don't have a screenshot of where you can pay for the payment, but @raven solar you should be able to pay for your late/unpaid invoice on your account page. If you aren't able to do so, please contact the Support Team by making a ticket on your account page as they should be able to charge your invoice if you updated your payment method.

This is still an issue, why is it so hard to pay a bill manually?

My account just didn't have enough in it when it was due and now I have enough and want to pay it but I can't.

The link sent to my email doesn't work and I am having the same issue.

As Jonathan advised, you will need to ask support how to proceed.

They probably can do it manually

and if you want and they can do it ask them to move the payment date a day or 2 so you could have money in the account and avoid this ever happening again

I've opened a ticket about the same issue on the weekends, I've yet to receive a response. Guess my Shadow will be deleted within a few days. They're making it extremely difficult for us to pay.

Did you get an automated response email with ticket ID? As long as the ticket has been opened, I cannot see them terminating it.. They must know there's a manual payment issue.

@raven solar @spring bloom If you go to the payment section on your account and change the information, even if to the same does it do anything?

Yes, I got the automated response with a ticket ID. No, adding a new payment method here doesn't do anything (it doesn't save)

So it's blank and won't accept new information.. or changing it doesn't save?

I have no idea how the new system looks. Maybe remove or edit the current?

Says no payment method even though I successfully paid for it (although they reversed the payment soon after)
Trying to add a new payment method doesn't save.

I don't know, I am still able to use my shadow and I was never charged. I don't want my machine to get shut off. I have put in a ticket to support a few days ago and no response.

Can we get our tickets elevated to stop our accounts from getting shut down?
