Check Device Manager > Display Adaptor .. Make sure GPU is enabled.. Right click it to make sure.
Well that would cause this issue indeed.. Issue a shutdown, close the Shadow app.. Wait 15 mins then reopen
I could just be you booted up without connecting to a GPU this time and it's doing CPU encoding. It's rare but can happen

Well you connect to a new machine after time being shutdown, I guess 15 wasn’t enough. You’ll have to coordinate with support yourself
Avg response time is 24-48hr currently.
Unless a widespread issue then mods will ask Shadow directly.
