I'm on a 5GHz connection, close to my WiFi router (only one wall between) and am still getting MAJOR stutters on Shadow PC. I have attached an image of my Shadow speedtest results, help?

Okay, Speedtests are short bursts not really indication of if there's an issue

https://wiki.shdw.info/w/PingPlotter Also this will help point point origin of latency and packet loss spikes

PingPlotter is an application by PingMan Tools for troubleshooting network issues and easily visualizing latency and packet loss issues.

Well @devout fossil Shadow just completely froze up on me, again.

This can't be good, right?

Could be a number of reasons, best to start with restarting your router/modem

Mmm...okay.

#

I'll get back to you when it's done.

#

@devout fossil It's done. I'll re-run it and tell you the performance.

Via browser on Shadow open https://www.iplocation.net/ copy the ip.

Switch to your pc -

Press Windows key + R to open the Run window.
Enter cmd and press Enter to open a Command Prompt.
Enter tracert, a space, then the IP address or web address for the destination site (for example: tracert copied IP).
Press Enter.
