hmm it works perfectly on my chromebook. have you tried lowering bitrate

#

im using the beta app btw

shy wave
#

I… Don’t think I can do that

#

I don’t see an option for bitrate, only for max Download speed

#

Im using stable app

beta worth a try

shy wave
#

Well I already tried but it was the same

there is a 'send logs' it will give an ID code so support can maybe solve it. chromebook is not officially supported though

shy wave
#

So if I press the « send logs » button the support will get logs and contact me ?

pulsar fulcrum
#

if you submit the support form in your account page they will come back at you

shy wave
#

So I need to send logs and after that create a ticket in my account ?

pulsar fulcrum
#

yeah

shy wave
#

Ok so I just contacted support but I doubt they’ll be able to do anything.

#

I just tried GeForce Now with the same Chromebook and internet connection, and I get 0 input lag

I mean the delay isn’t so bad, it’s just very weird, it feels like 300ms when it’s around 20ms on my main PC

similar issue, are you using the android app on your chromebook cus I tend to get some lag that way, maybe try the linux app via crostini

shy wave
#

Yeah but it can’t execute on my ARM processor

#

That’s why I was also asking for an ARM version on the Linux channel but nobody replied :(

Yeah Chromebook has always had bad latency. The best thing you could probably do is what I did in the settings of Chromebook. Has to do with mouse acceleration/touchpad settings.
