#Canadian coupon not taking jnto account

Hi guys i just registered to shadow and I applied the canadian coupon during my registration (wich showed during the billing phase the discount)

And i received the email with a facture including no reduction at all, in addition to that my credit card got charged 39,99$CAD (no reduction at all).

What can i do about it ?

Hey there, best option is to reach out to Shadow support and they can take a look at the billing backend to see what’s going on.
