I can log into my Shadow PC on my phone. I installed Steam and Steam VR on it. I put on my Quest 2, opened Shadow, got a one time code to enter at Shadow.tech/connect. I entered the code, then was asked for email and p/w. I entered those. Was told they are not correct. They are. Tried several times. Then tried Forgot Password. This again asked for my email. I entered it. Said I was sent an email. I was not. I hit link stating I did not receive email. It said it sent another. It did not. I then went to my account on the Shadow.tech site and changed my p/w from there and tried again all of the above. Same results. Fellow Canadian in the #🥽┃vr channel also stated they had the same problem. I use to have a U.S. account. I let it lapse in anticipation for the Canadian account. I never had any real problems doing PCVR from my previous Shadow VM. There has to be a disconnect from the Canadian VR login. This is the only reason I use shadow is to PCVR. Please help resolve this.

I've spoke to support about it all they've said is there aware of it and working on it try virtual desktop it's better than shadow vr

Me too, just registered and facing this too
I'm wondering if it affecting all Canadian VR users or just people who previously had a U.S. account and perhaps meta data is rerouting login requests to older accounts if so. I tried to delete my old U.S. account but it said it couldn't delete it because of a billing issue (I had let it lapse in anticipation for a Canadian account). Failing that the last resort is perhaps a factory reset of the headset which I am loathe to do.

If you keep having issues just buy virtual desktop, it’s much more matured and offers nice features. Shadow app is free, so great but it’s also very new so more likely to have issue than something as established as virtual desktop.
I have no relation to them but it’s the first thing I did was to buy it because I’ve what I’d seen of others experiences and I’m using a Pico 4 anyway.
