Canadian Checkout Loads Indefinitely

You have to save a valid method of payment, then I imagine the "Pay" button won't be grayed out anymore. Upon hitting the save button after entering credit credentials, it just loads/spins indefinitely. No refusal either.... just keeps going.

I had ensured my postal code had a space as suggested and it already was. I even removed the space and tried again because I have tried literally everything else and it still won't work.

Worried I'm gonna lose out on the promotion AND the ability to even grab a unit at this rate. No answers to ticket I submitted on the site yet.

I have the same issue. Have you tried different cards?

I haven't but may have to try if nothing else works.... which is pretty much where I'm at now, including having already put out tickets, tried twitter, the help section (not forum) they shut down not long after I tried in there, etc etc

It's like they don't want my money

Is your card canadian? They have very strict rules for card regions. Before adding canadian servers, they didn't allow to use canadian cards for the US region

So I used my partners card, also Canadian and invoice says it's charging me in US dollars for 39.99 even though it showed I had promo applied in checkout?

Got a response from support. Even though it showed you were only paying 34.99... that apparently applies to the second month forward... Which seems like it's against some rules somewhere... But whatever I guess. And it is CAD, that seems to be a typo....

34.99 is correct.

@tired tendon I had the same issue, but making sure that there is a space between your postal code entry for BOTH the region AND for your payment method.

That's what fixed it for me.

So when it asks for your name, address, etc. Make sure your postal code has a space in it as well. Let me know if that helps!
