#Canadian Checkout Loads Indefinitely

You have to save a valid method of payment, then I imagine the "Pay" button won't be grayed out anymore. Upon hitting the save button after entering credit credentials, it just loads/spins indefinitely. No refusal either.... just keeps going.

I had ensured my postal code had a space as suggested and it already was. I even removed the space and tried again because I have tried literally everything else and it still won't work.

Worried I'm gonna lose out on the promotion AND the ability to even grab a unit at this rate. No answers to ticket I submitted on the site yet.

Please help! Thanks!

Appreciate it. I had put one in around 1pm and haven't got anything back yet. It's why I've tried pretty much every other avenue I can by now, including a community discord.

@tired tendon I had the same issue, but making sure that there is a space between your postal code entry for BOTH the region AND for your payment method.

That's what fixed it for me.

So when it asks for your name, address, etc. Make sure your postal code has a space in it as well. Let me know if that helps!
