Do you have the ticket id's?
I have not received any emails from shadow
Then the ticket did not go through or you’re receiving zero emails from shadow for some reason.
All I can suggest is DMing Jonathan (The community manager) your shadow email address so he can chase up why no emails.
I'm sorry- you guys don't work for shadow?
The mods are as volunteer as they come
