Have you tried issuing a shutdown via the help panel (?) and once it changes to Shadow is off, close the app for at least 5 mins then try again. If issue persists open a ticket with support.

Each version has a designated channel in Discord. To view these channels, you will need to select the proper role from the #🔍┃roles channel. Feedback on the beta versions should be left in the proper channels.

Right. Try using the help menu to issue a shutdown and wait 15 mins before opening the stable Shadow client and trying again. 15-20 minutes is the magic point where things in the backend shutdown and you can start fresh.
