Weird clicking noise from the left Gantry motor.

Hello everyone.
Over the last couple of days a my 2.4 has learned a new sound.
I think I comes from the ab motor and pr mount. Specifically the left one.
I've already had the panels of and looked for oddities while the machine was printing. But found non. You can hear the noise in the video.

I post in hopes that somebody have an idea as to how i can combat this noise? It doesn't sound healthy..

I think lots of detailed photos of the suspected area will be most useful. The video is useful to hear the noise but not much more than that unfortunately
