thin as in extremely squished? sounds like the offset might be too close. that would explain the clicking - the extruder acting like it's clogged.

The z-offset was fine before. It suddenly started to click and print like these thin lines. it's thin like not much is being extruded. If its clogged how can i unclog it.

can you guarantee your probe is 100% accurate and never varies at all?

raise the hotend, heat to print temp, then try to extrude. if it extrudes 50mm at 5mm/s then it's not clogged and was just the offset

It extruded 50mm at 5mm/s for the clicking it was because the middle part between the neo led was broken and it came off and the two bottom screws aren’t holding on to anything. Is it fine to keep on printing like that.
