#Finding balance between chamber temp and other settings

I'm currently fighting either heat creep issues or warping issues. Voron 2.4 300x300, CW2 and stealthburner. Printing Sunlu ABS at 260c, bed at 110c and chamber at 45c to start and on a 1 hour print chamber is around 55c. Ellis bedfans at .20 during heat up, .40 for the rest including during print. Part cooling is min 10 and max 20. If my chamber gets too hot (58c) I keep getting heat creep then clogging of the nozzles (Phateus Dragon Standard Flow).

I can't find a good balance between my chamber temp, printing temp and other settings such as part cooling and bed fans to where I either get warping or a clogged nozzle just a few layers into the print. I've go through a range of print temps, 250c to 265c, no part cooling, some part cooling, turning my exhaust fan on to keep the chamber temp around 50c. I am at my wits end and could use some tips. Any thing would be appreciated. I have gone through all tuning steps and sometimes get lucky and the print finishes, I printed a small hook and it finished with no isses then I moved onto a larger print and got 3 nozzle clogs and now this last attempt, warping, print lifted off the bed. Thanks in advance.

what brand of fans are you running in your stealthburner?

a fan upgrade would probably be the (relatively) cheapest way to make an impact on this

I'm not sure of the brand, this printer is from a Formbot kit I bought and assembled last year. Haven't printed much on it since then but decided now to get it going.

I've seen mention of a better fan

formbot kit fans tend to be relatively poor. there should be some pinned messages in #afterburner_and_stealthburner_questions with some better options, my personal choice would be the orion 4010 that's available (OD4010-24HB01A)

there are of course other routes to take. different hotends. different toolheads. depends how far you want to go.

dragon SF/HF are fine when they work well (i run a dragon HF in my v2 just for ABS/ASA) but they are aging hotends
