I have been using my printer for about 2 years with no problem. I did a firmware update and bricked Klipper, so fun. The upside is I went in and copied out all of the config files before mucking it up.
Starting over, I use Pi Imager. Pi OS Lite 64-bit. Then SSH'ed in using Kiauh, I installed in order loaded Klipper, Moonraker, Mainsail, KlipperScreen.

Took some effort but got it running but it doesn't boot like what I expect. And it shuts down in the middle of prints for no apparent reason. Haven't gotten a good print out yet.

Any help is appreciated. Attached latest Klippy and Moonraker logs.

No significant errors in either log.

When it shuts down mid print are you able to SSH into the pi?

Can you expand on "doesn't boot like what I expect"?

When it first boots it hits an error and then reboots and finally starts KlipperScreen. Its hard to catch because its just Pi starting on the small screen.

On the printer screen, its asking for a Pi login, sits for just a second then screen goes blank. Then it reboots and gets in the second time.
