Hi,
I'm noticing some ringing sound while printing, it seems to come from the left side od the gantry. I've tried to place my finger on the pulleys to check if it stops the sound - didn't help.
What could it be? Loose bolt? What do I check?

I'd does it just at some very specific print print moves, so I agree. How do I get rid of it? Change the speeds slightly I suppose?

yeah, there's not much you can physically do to the printer, finding the speed at which it doesn't happen is your best bet

I see that you have modded your gantry with the steal beam, this is normal. The steal beam is known for that issue even I have that problem. I recommend finding a way to get rid of that noise and make sure you tighten up your screws
You can also try using a input shaper or stealthchop to lower the noise
