When I move only the X axis a Z axis moves. Specifically the left front.

either your belt path is badly wrong (can't assess from video)
or something weird is going on with back EMF from the AB motors powering a Z motor
side note: there are several reasons why moving the toolhead around manually is bad, including damaging stepper drivers and other electronics

Could you post a picture of your controller board? I suspect one of the AB motors and that Z motor are connected to the same stepper drivers (octopus and manta boards and a few others have one stepper driver with dual outputs), and that typically causes that to happen, where one motor acts as a "generator" powering another.
