#Which kit to buy?

from what i've heard, in order of quality/price
ldo > formbot > siboor > fysetc
That is very helpful thank you
yw
you may want to wait for any other input from others before making a decision, i only have experience with the formbot kit, and that was from like 4 years ago
Yeah, that’s the one I was looking at now cause I looked at it earlier, but wasn’t sure if that reseller was reliable but from whatever I’m seeing looks good
I was also looking at 3-D printer bay because it looks like you can customize your items a little bit better there
i seem to remember someone quite a while ago bought one from 3d printer bay, and they weren't impressed, they also bought the 3d printed parts from them and they were really bad
All right, thanks for the heads up, man
I think 3D printer bay is just repackaged formbot kits. Not sure if it's worth the extra money for the customizability.
I built a Siboor kit at the end of last year and was overall satisfied. Everything was well packaged and there was a minimum of changes to the instructions. The wires were all pre-crimped but there was 1 or 2 of them that I altered to use the wago power distribution instead of how they were crimped.
I think the only problem I had was the Stealthburner LEDs didn't work. I'm not confident that was a "them" problem though because I very well could have damaged them.
Any updates on this question?
I have seen such a huge price difference between the LDO Motors Kit and the Formbot Kit, and curious if that is justified or best to just go with Formbot?
I want to get the 350mm 2.4
imo go with Formbot, quality was totally fine with my kit, and the price difference to LDO leaves a LOT of room for upgrades later on
