#V Slot instead of T Slot

I already have enough V Slot extrusions for a planned Voron 2.4 build and no feasible way of getting T Slot extrusions where I live. I have seen multiple posts mention V Slots not allowing for good alignment of the MGN9 linear rails but no definitive attempt or workaround to use V Slots.

I'm wondering:

  1. Are there any other issues (particularly to do with printed parts) with using V Slots?
  2. Are 'spacers' like this (https://www.printables.com/model/641406-v-slot-shim-adapters-mgn7-mgn9-positioning) sufficient to fix this issue? Has anyone tried them and what's their experience?
  3. Is there any other workaround (or better spacers) for this issue?

Thanks in advance!
