I am building a Formbot 2.4. I am on page 38 of the directions and just realized there are two sets of this style of pulley one 16T and one 20T. I think I put the 16T on the idlers. Did I mess this up?

yeah, the Z drive unit pictured there should have a 20T pulley (see page 32). 16T pulleys go on the Z stepper motors (page 38), and then another couple of 20T pulleys on the A/B motors.

Thanks. The directions indicate that these pulleys should be 9mm wide. The set of 20T that I have though is 12mm wide. I think I am missing a set of pulleys.

Not sure if it's different between kits, but it might be the A/B belts and pulleys are a bit wider.
