#Weird first layer, z offset is calibrated

I just finished my V2.4r2 300mm and I calibrated the basics: Bed Mesh, Extruder and Z-Offset, checked belt tension... now I printed a first layer test with abs (260 nozzle, 105 bed) and it came out weird. I don't know if it's under extrusion or a z-offset problem..
I use TAP and the Stealthburner with a V6 Clone (Formbot)

I use the basic OrcaSlicer profile..

To me it looks like that the printer doesn't use the calibrated z-offset

It looks like a z-offset issue. Perhaps start a print and use the Z-offset controls in Mainsail to move it up (or down) and just see what it does. I found that, even after doing a paper test, I had to go down quite a bit more than I was expecting to get prints sticking. I'm using TAP as well, but the Chaotic Labs CNC one. My Z-offset is -0.545.

I also tried manual adjusting during print, but nothing changed then. Today the CNC Tap arrived, I've installed it but I need to crimp the wire that it fits in the SB2204 pin for the probe...I don't have the jst pins here so I have to order them

Just thinking out loud... tip is clean (no blob that may throw off the Z offset)? I ended up going with the CNC tap out of the gate, as I lost most the ball bearings out of the carrier when trying to re-install it on the stock TAP (Formbot pro+ kit), and the CNC tap has worked well so far. Yes, wiring is different for the CNC version sensor. I'm running a SB2209 RP2040 CAN board and used the BL-Touch connector. Also had to order PH 2.0 connectors.

I luckily found some jst connectors in my drawer and connected it.. i will test everything again

I wasted time.. I didn’t know that the Blue Cable is the GND on the CNC Tap Sensor so I wondered why my tap isn’t triggered 😂😂 but now it works.. I will try the try the Z Offset print again and before I do PROBE_ACCURACY to compare it to the printed tap

But I already noticed that the Toolhead is more stable with the CNC tap

Lol, my SB0000 just blew up

This night it worked, woke up, turned on the printer and then magic smoke

My guess is i messed up with the pins when plugging it into the SB2204
