I just finished my son's Halloween helmet, inspired by Freddy Fazbear from Five Nights at Freddy's! Here are the details:
LED Effects: I programmed an LED flashing module using WLED to create various light effects.
Jaw Movement: The jaw opens and closes as he talks. 😊
Comfort: The inside is fully padded for comfort.
Eye Glow: I added rings and diffusers around the eyes to enhance the glow.
The helmet was printed on my Voron 350. The process involved gluing all the parts together, using epoxy resin to fill in the layer lines, sanding to 400 grit, applying two layers of primer, and then hand painting. Overall, it took about 40 hours to complete
