#Back of the gantry not aligning (slanting inward)

Hi all, I'm building a 2.4r2 Rev D kit from LDO (300mm). I was attaching the gantry to the frame and the gantry as I built it is just a tad off. It's almost like the gantry crossbar extrusion is just a few millimeters too short. You can see it slanting inward on the attached photos.

I removed the bolts, because it was putting a strain on the ABS parts and I didn't want to mess it up.

I followed the instructions and built along with the Nero3D video, went back over the parts again and just can't figure out what's screwed up. Any suggestions?
