I just unplugged my probe and plugged in my new Beacon on my Trident (while powered down) and got an error upon turning it on. I tried updating everything on mainsail's GUI but the issue is still there. Anybody have any theories?

You need to update your MCU and klipper_mcu on the Pi. They are too old for the version of Klippy you are running after update.

So take out the SD cards you mean?

Depends on how you are managing the firmware versions, but in the screenshot with the error you can see how you are on Klipper 0.12.0-286 but your MCUs are still 0.10.0-546. The format for the ADXL commands between Klippy and MCUs changed at some point, and that's why the system won't start up(last line shows this)
