#Use of warped Voron parts

I am currently in the process of printing the parts for my V2 and am having a hell of a time getting the a and b drive plates to not warp. I have printed quite a few pieces without issue already but I think the size of these is making it more challenging.

My question is, how badly will this mild warping affect the machine?

I intend on reprinting whatever I need to once the machine is running.

have you tried add brim? the convex bottom edge of these parts make it super easy to wrap.

to answer your question: do not risk that. per p.78 of 2.4r2 assembly manual, i don't think it will pass smooth as the distance between two plate might be disturbed.

I honestly don’t know why I asked this question. I knew the answer…

I have, in the past, used slurry on a glass bed but I wanted the texture from the PEI sheet. I will try again with a brim and maybe printing one at a time. Otherwise I will deal with the glossy glass bed surface. Function before form.

Thanks for the responses.

If your slurry is acetone based, I don't think PEI likes acetone
