I have connected a PSU to my printer, but when the electricity comes back my printer loses connection to the MCU. And my printer stops.
What should I do differently?

You want a UPS.

as long as you get one MORE than your bed heater, yhou should be fine, unless you have like, hour long outages, and if so, get a generator then
