#Persistent Extrusion Jamming Issue

I am building a Voron 2.4r2 using an LDO kit from Matter Hackers, which includes a Clockwork 2 extruder and an E3D Revo hotend. Initially, I successfully printed a calibration cube. However, after routing the wiring through the cable chain, I had connectivity issues with the wiring, and I switched over to a BTT CAN bus board. Currently, all the electronics seems to work correctly, including the thermistor and heater, but I have a persistent extrusion issue.

With both the E3D Revo hotend the kit came with and a generic hotend, extrusion initially works correctly. After beginning a print or after several minutes of test extruding/retracting, the filament jams and extrusion fails after a few minutes.

  • I have replaced the PTFE tubing, but the problem persists.
  • I wwitched to a generic hotend from Amazon with the same issue.
  • Tried different thermistor/heater combinations on both the main board and toolhead PCB.

Current Situation:

  • The issue is not with the thermistor, heater, or CAN board.
  • Tried different filaments (white PLA, black PLA) and temperatures (180°C, 200°C, 220°C) with no success.
  • The problem persists with both hotends.

I'm completely at a loss and would appreciate any insights or suggestions. If photos or video of anything in particular would be helpful I'll post them. Thank you!

Is the hot end cooling fan running? It should be blowing air past the hot end
