My voron 2.4 350 with TAP mod has these horrible input shaper results on the y axis, the x is completely fine. I am completely stuck since months since i really have no idea whats going on. The printer is basically unusable even if i set the input shaper, the speeds and quality are unusable.
I've also the following without any effect:
-remounting the sensor to the nozzle
-remounting the toolhead
-retightening every screw on the gantry
-printer on floor
-printer on table
-using other sensor
-replacing TAP carriage
-reprinting tap parts

First off, thank you very much for answering, yes, I've de racked the gantry and the toolhead moves freely without getting stuck.
The thing that bugs me, is that if i set the hz per accel to something lower like 50 (75 is standard) the vibrations go haywire. At almost no frequency is the resonance below 4e^3 but also tops out at 8e^3 which indicates that it cant vibrate freely and is racked and therefore has no real response. Perfect indicator. But as said, when moving it manually (even when the belts were not mounted yet) there is/was virtually no resistance beside the motors. Maybe I'm not getting something or did something fundamentally wrong? I have no idea.

Maybe it's cursed by the 3d printing gods 😂.
