Extrusion Issues

Looking for places to start. Had the printer stop extruding in the middle of a print.

I can manually feed filament and it will extrude by me pushing it. If I removed the Stealth Burner cover and the hot end I can see the extruder actually extruding and the filament does extrude and move.

However , with everything assembled the filament won't extrude. I see the extruder turning but it seems there is not enough tension to push it or something.

One thing I noticed is that the tensioner for the filament was popped out when I came to stop the print. I put it back, and locked the filament and tried tightening and loosening the spring tension but it doesn't seem to do anything.

Is there a good place to start looking for what is wrong?

One thing to check would be that this screw didn’t come loose and prevents the gears from having enough grip

I went through and some were loose and the lock on top of the stealth burner had stressed horribly somehow

ill have to replace it
