Any idea where this noise may be coming from?
Doesn’t seem to correlate to speed and it’s not present when moving the tool head by hand…
Took the back panel off, no belt rubbing and the noise is still present even with the panels off.
Belts seem to be aligned properly and there is no binding on the tool head.
Happens on both when the tool head is printing on the front and rear. So I doubt it’s gantry misalignment - I just redid its racking and squaring too.
Belts are at 110hz and equal. Input shaper looks great as well.
