A longstanding debian bug is that the device you flashed Klipper firmware onto isn't being found by the debian OS. It should have been found and listed under /dev/serial/by-id.
The identifier you find listed in that folder is what you put into your printer.cfg, inside the [mcu] section like the klipper guides and tutorials tell you.
If you have this debian bug, the device isn't showing up in that folder and one workaround is to instead use the identifier that shows up in /dev/serial/by-path and use that instead in your [mcu] section.
There are other solutions to this. If your device isn't showing up then you can try the above if it makes sense, or google "debian bug klipper by-id" and you'll probably find a post somewhere with more detailed info that will help you get up and running again
Or you can check the klipper pins so you don't have to play "Is this correct" with google.
