this issue seems to be fairly recent, as my printer has been up and printing for about 2 years. doesn't seem to matter what type of filament (PLA, PETG, TPU). PA has been tuned and seems to be good on upper layers.

Check and make sure everything is tight and snugged down bolt wise.

If you look at the right side it is perfect but the left is overextruded

I was able to get down to 0.0625 before the current print. I will post a pic of the bottom when it finishes.

Any feedback on this? I have checked and rechecked all of the screws. Also, all metal on metal screws have blue Loctite to keep them from backing out

Ill check in the morning. The only area i have an issue ( I think) is with the first layer
