Defenetly a hardware issue: I recommend to go through Ellis guide on Hardware Checking including belt tension: https://ellis3dp.com/Print-Tuning-Guide/articles/voron_v2_gantry_squaring.html also check if all pulleys run "aligned" and are tightend.

I have already followed Elli's guide without any success

Friday i did that for Granty Squaring for second time.

I checked them and i had added screw clue when i assembled them

Also, i noticed a huge difference about dimensional accuracy

I printed a cube and i took 19.85mm

or something similar to that.

I disabled the z hop and seems to be fixed the issue

Any idea how to resolve this?
