Deployment: This variant, particularly popular among civilian and police forces, uses a fuel cell engine supplied with nearly a full ton of hydrogen. While this can hardly match the nigh-infinite endurance of the fusion model, the ability to travel eighteen hundred kilometers without refueling renders range a non-factor for most. The weapons have been removed in favor of two trailer hitches and a more powerful set of communications equipment, making this Command Van street-legal in many metropolises and a potent logistical tool.

This could use Heavy Ferro-Fibrous armor, obviously, but I chose to keep it at Technology Rating D instead
