Mine clearing ammunition for LRMs and MMLs (both SRMs and LRMs) don't appear to be able to clear or reduce minefields (using Target Clear Minefield: hexnum), and targeting a hex with Target Hex: hexnum (Clear) with minefields doesn't seem to have any effect. Tested on 0.49.19 and 0.50.0, screenshot from 0.50.0

Want to confirm this isn't a known limitation before opening a GH issue.

LRM20s, ATM12 std/HE and ATM-9HE all appear to be able to clear minefields normally per TacOps p.211. Didn't check MRMs / RLs, mostly just wanted to see if inability to clear minefields was a universal issue
