This looks weird right eye is bigger than the left one also the head seems a bit small and the hair is uhh

The structure of the face is divided into 3 part, 1 from the chin to the nose, 2 from the nose to the middle of the eyebrows, 3 from the eyebrows to the hair line, draw out the head structure first (dont forget the skull) and then place in your drawing.
The neck is a bit big so it looks awkward, should adjust it a bit
