I think it is really good, but in my opinion the top of his head is too small and need to be bigger. The right side of the head (the hair the most to the right) is not well connected with the whole head so it looks like its his back arched hard instead of the hair. His closest arm is too high up (the part closer to his face). The line from the arm is the same as his streaks of hair, it would look better if you angle the way hair falls down a bit different so they dont overlap.
About his face is he looking straight at the viewer while being below him or something else? But without knowing that I think his mouth is leaning a little too much to his left side. I would also bring the eyes closer to each other a little bit (the rule is that the gap in between the eyes generally should be the size of one single eye that you drew)

you are right though i did notice his face is more head on when the reference has is him looking up towards the biewer more

I made his head a little larger and fixed the eyes
I got rid of the little tuft of hair on the right but im not really good at doing hair 😭
Also lowered his arm to match the angle better

And additionally I would make his forehead a lil larger
