How to make better outlines

Hello!!
My outlines end up very shaky and I am not sure what to do about it, tbh I now just color over the sketch most of the time
one major issue I can tell is that they're very shaky, I heard about line stabilizer but I don't get how the quite work honestly?
I only tried using it for a short while though
It could also be that I just need to practice drawing straight lines more but yea

for me, zooming in and doing really smooth strokes slowly helps a lot, but don't worry too much about linear, you don't even have to have the lines fully completed for it to look together
