I’m not really good at digital art so and tips will help! And animation tip would help too!

I do not animate, so I cannot help you there, but I do use digital art. Some things that I found convenient are (and I am not pointing fingers, this is personal experience that helped me greatly):

1. scrolling in
2. using layers
3. starting with a removable sketch layer
4. using different brushes
5. using different sizes of brush
6. the lasso tool (I use a specific drawing app that does have this, but some other apps do not have it. I don't know if this part helps you at all)
7. the sample color tool (again, you may or may not have this option)

On another note:
Using your own face/body for proportions and colors helps greatly
